Yet, there is another emerging use of the corporate psychic that will give your business the edge. Sometimes when a business is not doing so well it can be hard to identify why. This is an area that a corporate psychic can offer assistance in, that is cost effective and produces the results that you need quickly. Over the years of working with businesses of all sizes, I have developed a process for locating and resolving issues, maximising your business potentials and unleashing the full potential of your employees.

Dr. Shé D'Montford has been a psychic and a therapist for over 30 years. In her private practice clients come to her for psychic readings to deal with personal problems. Usually they want advice about: relationships, career, family, and life. Clients find that, unlike the majority of psychics who can only see the issues and only provided them with new age platitudes, Shé provides them with clear, concise and practical solutions and empower them with techniques that work in the real world for them as individuals. It has been natural progression for these clients to ask her for strategies to aid them in their businesses and work environments.

What has evolved over time is a practical methodology to assess, enhance and to bring into action people in business.

Often when a business approaches a firm that specialises in organisational management and consulting, it is at a point when it is almost too late to remedy the problem. It usually costs an exorbitant amount, which a business or corporation can ill-afford to spend at that critical point. Additionally, at that juncture, owners and upper management are struggling with their personal guilt or fears that it was something they did or didn’t do well enough that has caused the problems. This does not lead to good impartial decision making.

So while a business may be motivated to seek outside assistance there may be many factors that can prevent or impede a healthy recovery.

As a reader of energy, Shé is trained to see into and through the energy of the organisation and the individuals that comprise it, to get to the root of the problem - often before it requires serious and costly outside intervention.

MAXIMIZING YOUR GREATEST ASSET:

Within every business or corporate structure there is excellent talent and ability. Each person within this talent pool has their own motivation for wishing the business to flourish. People will work very hard to achieve their goals. Often, owners have staked their entire fortunes and poured their vital life-force into concepts and systems. If the owner or management can harness or link with the goals of the talent pool, a strong surge is created that rushes towards success.

Solutions to business issues do not lie in fear of failure. Fear can undermine the very solutions that the ailing business needs. A solution is not about assigning blame, guilt or fear. Holding the sword of Damocles over employees' heads will not make them work harder, it will make them feel like giving up. Solutions are about identifying the work that needs to be done. This is empowering. A good corporate psychic finds what can be done by the total talent pool and highlights their motivations for achieving this.

HOW IS THIS ACHIEVED.

  • The first step is to meet with the owner or upper management to pin point the desired outcome so that we can focus our efforts.
  • Then  Shé moves into enhancing the talent, motivation, mission and self-esteem of everyone concerned. This provides an atmosphere of safety and confidence.

THE SOUL OF THE BUSINESS

Most importantly, Shé can help foster the soul of your business. When a business is becoming sick one of the most often heard complaints by the employees is that the business is "soulless." Just as individuals have a soul, a vital spark of life essence, so does a corporation! If this vital force is waining it becomes necessary to heal the soul of the corporation.  Shé D'Montford says: "In my experience I have found this applies to Multi-nationals and non-profit corporations, law firms and hospitals, mid-sized and sole traders. I have never found an exception to this rule. I look at each one of these "entities" as a "whole" living, growing, system and not just a collection of different people and agendas."

To facilitate this Shé recommends that she be allowed to attend staff meetings as a silent observer. This allows her to simply witness the underlying group dynamics and communication. Additionally this can give her insights into the group and business goals and if the talent is happy to work in harmony with these directions.

PERSONAL CONSULTS WITH EMPLOYEES ALLOWS THEM TO BE "SEEN & "HEARD"

The next step is our assessment process, which is begun by viewing the business entity as a family system. Shé D'Montford speak with and give a reading to everyone, privately, to get a "feel" for their personal issues, their concerns in the workplace, where they feel "empowered" or "dis-empowered" in their jobs and note any recommendations that they may proffer. Shé leaves no one out of this process. This is far more than a simple fact finding task on our part. During the interview process, utilising therapeutic and psychic abilities, Shé is able to access a much deeper level of information. All information is confidential, yet fully reported with the goals being to:

  1. personally empower whoever is sitting in front of me;
  2. gain an overview of the corporate "entity";
  3. begin formulating strategies to produce outcomes.

Everyone in a business needs to be "seen", "heard" and "acknowledged" for their work. This includes everyone from the head office right down to the janitors. Yet, breakdowns in the communication process is the single biggest factor contributing to businesses running into problems. A famous instance of this occurred within a Japanese car-manufacturing firm where, at the weekly group meeting of all employees, it was a janitor who had an idea that was so innovative that the corporation saved billions in its fabrication department. Additionally, this Janitor's solution saved many jobs. Creating a climate of collective cooperation allowed a janitor to be "heard" and "acknowledged" and saved the business from failure. Everyone must know and understand how they are personally responsible for their vital part in the whole. The employer has hired each person for his or her unique abilities and expertise. Yet, if their personal goals are not pointed in the right direction, they may be a factor within the structure of the organisation that impedes the flow of creativity. Owners and upper management are often overworked and stressed by the daily demands and the need to perform. This stress can result in eroding the fabric of the workplace, cause health issues and result in a high level of absenteeism. Everybody has a personal life outside the work place. The ideal is that management and employees leave that personal life at the front door when they go to work every morning. The fact is, that most can’t. Yet, properly harnessed, these personal motivations are vital to the success of your organisation. In the average workplace there is very little room for people’s personal issues. No one really wants to hear it or deal with personal negativity. Everyone has their own problems and is there for their own goals. Yet, these factors can weigh heavily upon workers and diminish their capabilities. The perception of care of personal needs, without pandering, increases the desire for workers to be at the workplace and reduces absenteeisms. Fostering an alternative working family can create an environment where everyone yearns to belong.

REPORTING & REFOCUSING

Finally, after compiling the necessary information Shé meets with owners and/or upper management for a "focus group." There Shé can discuss any serious issues that have been uncovered and present recommendations for specific problems and strategies for how to enhance and operate within your environment.

In the past recommendations have included but were not limited to:

  • Re-arranging, physically, the work environment to allow the maximum flow of energy and creativity.
  • Instituting a daily "staff energy" session, 30-45 min. company time, for all staff members to check in with each other on daily tasks, goals etc.
  • Creating a "stress release" room on the premises. This can be an exercise-type room or a quiet mindfulness/meditation room depending on the needs of the corporate entity.
  • Facilitation of conflict/resolution groups.
  • Making available to all employees some type of "informal" therapeutic process. This could be mini-sessions with an on staff therapist or on site massage (many masseuses will bring a portable chair into the office for a 10 min. neck and back massage. This does amazing wonders for people’s morale and stress levels!)
  • Workshops on communication skills, developing intuitive abilities for the purpose of enhanced creativity, stress reduction, meditation, substance abuse, and creative play to name of few.
  • Review of dress code.
  • Provision for child-care facilities, on site, to accommodate working parents.
  • Review of bonus and incentive programs.
  • Review of work flows, systems and procedures to identify bottlenecks, duplications and unnecessary steps.

Depending on your needs and the nature of the problem, in addition to meeting with owners and upper management Shé can also meet with everyone employed by the company in either a small or large group format. The purpose of this is to "enroll" everyone in focusing on the same goals, create a safe space for everyone to contribute ideas and suggestions and to boost the corporate energies through collective effort.

SOME OF THE REASONS WHY PSYCHICS CAN AND DO WORK WITHIN THE CORPORATE WORLD

* Your caring matters -

Clients and their employees all know from the very beginning that Shé is an Intuitive Therapist and consultant and are surprisingly open and receptive, for the most part. Through the private interviews, and personal readings, people frequently comment that  they think it’s great, and seem to feel appreciative that their employers are willing to utilise such a unique service. It has had the effect of employees viewing their employers as "caring", "concerned" and "open" to new ways of thinking.

* You get honest information

Through the initial interview, people are very quickly put at ease, since, as psychics tend to have very sensitive and accurate people-skills. Interestingly, people will often share information with a psychic that they don’t share with others. Additionally, because the goals for the session are to "see", "hear" and "empower" the client, it generates a non- threatening dialogue in which people feel free to disclose their deepest concerns and issues.

* You need an objective view -

Intuitives "fit" within a corporate model because they perceive information at such a subtle and non-intrusive level. The psychic is careful not to add to or make waves in the prevailing energies of the corporate entity. Psychics who are working in this field are trained to be neutral, objective fair witnesses, impartial observers and readers of energy.

IN CONCLUSION

To be successful, everyone needs an edge -

Psychics are simply individuals who have realised, consciously, that they have enhanced abilities. They take it as a given that all people have these abilities whether they’re aware of them or not. In the corporate world Shé invariably runs into natural intuitives who have channeled those abilities, creatively and productively, into their work. Every successful businessperson Shé knows, is also a functioning intuitive, even though they may not describe it in quite those terms.  As part of the process Shé can develop the business owners' and managers' "latent" and natural abilities to enhance and function with them creatively. In the corporate world being tuned in psychically gives one an "edge" to perform even more effectively and profitably.
